Introduction

Bespoke Financial Advisory House based in Ballito are looking for a half day administrator to join their team. 

This role is a hybrid role with flexi hours – would suite a parent looking for a morning job – huge flexibility in hours and a great team of professionals. 

Duties & Responsibilities

The succesful candidate will be the ‘Go To’ person for the office. Duties will include:

  • High End Client Liaison
  • Office Administration
  • Function Co-Ordination
  • Invoicing
  • Office Co-Ordination
  • Ordering of supplies

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric
  • Diploma or degree adv
  • Good Project Management skills
  • Pref someone from a legal/finacial background – but not essential.
  • Must have previous experience in dealing with high end clients
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • Presentable and confident

Package & Remuneration

R12 000 – R15 000pm
