We are seeking committed, professional individuals with the following:
• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent

• Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Strong communication skills – both written and spoken

• Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently

• Customer-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision

• Knowledge of the public sector or legal services is a plus

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Administrative Clerk at the NPA, your duties will include:
• Providing dependable administrative support to legal and office teams

• Processing mail, reports, and correspondence

• Assisting with logistics related to HR, finance, and court operations

• Supporting the preparation of legal case files, court rolls, and internal records

• Collaborating with internal departments, legal professionals, and public stakeholders

This role is central to the day-to-day functionality of the NPA’s legal services and office infrastructure.
