Job Description:
We are on the hunt for a skilled Appointment Setter with a solid background in education sector outreach, to enhance our client engagement efforts. This pivotal role demands a seasoned professional familiar with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and adept at cold calling. The ideal candidate will possess a fluid accent and a persuasive tone of voice, essential for interacting with our UK-based clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively initiate calls to educational institutions in the UK, setting appointments to discuss potential collaborations and services.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage and track communications, appointments, and follow-ups effectively.
- Articulate the value of our offerings clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand consistency in all communications.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine calling scripts and approaches based on target audience insights.
- Regularly update and maintain contact data within the CRM to ensure accuracy and reliability in lead management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in the education sector.
- Strong familiarity with CRM software, particularly HubSpot.
- Experienced in cold calling with a track record of successfully setting appointments.
- Fluent English speaker with a clear, fluid accent and professional tone of voice, suitable for a UK audience.
- High school diploma required; further education or certification in sales, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Ability to work during UK business hours.
