This is a remote position.
A Travel Consultant is required, working on a part-time, fully remote basis for an African safari company. Starting on a 3-month fixed term contract basis, this role will convert to permanent, for the right candidate.
The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, handling customer service inquiries, placing reservations, costing and quoting, issuing travel documents and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with clients to plan and coordinate their trips, liaising with suppliers, providing expert advice and recommendations.

- Customer service and reservations skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations in East & Southern Africa
- Experience in the luxury African travel industry
