A Half-day bookkeeper: Onsite, Edenvale
Job Description
A half-day Bookkeeper is required for three optometrist shops. Salary is R12 000 – R15 000 per month. The suitable candidate must possess excellent attention to detail, be a team player and have experience in bookkeeping and payroll. This is a 6-month contract to start. Working hours 8am – 1pm.
Responsibilities:
- Full bookkeeping function for three optometrist shops including SARS submissions
- Payroll for the three optometrists approx 50 employees, including submission
- Some general ad-hoc admin
- Loading payments
- Creditors
- Cashbook
Requirements:
Live in the Eastrand (Edenvale and surrounding areas)
Payroll experience
Bookkeeping
Cashbook, creditors, recons and submissions experience
Time management
Attention to detail
Team player
Excellent English and understanding of Afrikaans
