Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Appointment Generator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate appointments for our sales team through warm calling and market research.
Responsibilities:
- -Prospect and Research new business opportunities in the jewelry market
- – Conduct warm calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products or services
- – Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
- – Provide excellent customer service throughout the appointment setting process
- – Maintain customer information and appointment details for the sales department
Experience:
- – Proven experience in business development or inside sales
- – Familiarity with high end jewelry or luxury fashion sales is a plus
- – Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a plus
- – Prior experience in customer service is beneficial
