Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Tele-Sales Representative with a passion for helping people to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare.
Please note that training will be intense and take place in Lynnwood, Pretoria. It is compulsory even though the position is advertised as remote. Candidates who do not successfully complete the training program may not be offered the position.

- Generate leads through cold calling and other prospecting techniques.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
- Effectively present our healthcare products and services to potential clients, leveraging your knowledge of healthcare to address their specific needs.
- Handle objections and negotiate to close deals.
- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Track and report on sales performance.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and sales pipelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tele-sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- A deep understanding of healthcare systems, products, and services.
