Job Description
REMUNERATION: R291 024 BASIC SALARY PER ANNUM
PURPOSE:
Check accuracy and submission of documented data, capture data from call-in/walk-in customers, asset costing, work orders and other JW Management documentation, assist at the reception as and when required, program CIU (Customer Interface Unit) and initialize customer meters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately capture the first phase of the cored data that comes through the SAP system (Plant Maintenance) and route/assign work orders to the responsible Foreman/ Operations Manager. Rectify data errors on the SAP System to enable Depots to complete the transaction and to improve quality. Assist with walk-in and call-in customers to create Work Orders. Assist Artisan when Foreman is not available to assign Work Orders. Keep Depot staff (Ops Manager/Foreman) informed on data-related matters. Highlight captured errors to Depot staff and assist them in rectifying errors. Interact with relevant Departments on prepayment-related data. Program CIU and Prepayment meters for new users, new developments, and replacement of lost or corrupted CIU. Liaise with the database administrator regarding capturing of customers’ information on the Prepayment database. Filing of correspondence daily. Relieve Switchboard/Receptionist as and when required. Assist the Team Leader with Customer Care and Programming as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
• Grade 12/N3 (NQF4)
• 3 years experience in Data Capturing
• Experience in SAP
