Job Overview


Santam PLCC is currently seeking a Client Service Consultant to join our team at Hill on Empire, Johannesburg. The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer service while achieving set targets within an inbound and outbound call center environment.


Key Responsibilities


โ€ข Accurately input client information into the relevant systems.
โ€ข Process broker requests efficiently, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
โ€ข Manage administrative tasks within agreed timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
โ€ข Engage professionally with brokers and clients, maintaining a customer-centric approach.
โ€ข Follow up on queries and ensure resolutions are met within the stipulated timeframes.
โ€ข Deliver prompt and effective customer service through both verbal and written communication.
โ€ข Maintain a high level of productivity and ensure consistent target achievement.
โ€ข Uphold service quality and compliance standards.


Qualifications & Experience


โ€ข Matric (Grade 12) or an equivalent qualification.
โ€ข FAIS compliant (NQF Level 4).
โ€ข Experience in short-term insurance is required.
โ€ข A clear criminal and credit record is mandatory.
โ€ข Must meet FAIS Fit & Proper requirements, including the necessary experience and competency standards (can be obtained under supervision).
โ€ข Proficiency in computer systems and applications.
โ€ข Willingness to work in a shift-based environment.
โ€ข Strong adherence to quality and compliance standards.
