We are looking for a Remote Receptionist to join a UK-based company, providing exceptional front-line support while working from home. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities


• Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage and respond to emails promptly.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed.
• Maintain and update client records with accurate information.
• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.


Requirements


• At least one year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities in a remote environment.
• A reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
• A quiet, professional home workspace.
