Key Responsibilities:

Work From Home


• Carefully enter data into company systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency at all times.

• Manage, organise, and maintain electronic records, making sure files are well-structured and easily retrievable.

• Conduct regular quality control checks to detect and correct errors in data entries.

• Follow strict company policies regarding the confidentiality and protection of sensitive information.

• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks that support our data management processes.

• Collaborate with other team members and departments when necessary to verify and clarify data.

• Stay up to date with company procedures and participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills.

• Proactively identify any data inconsistencies or system improvements and report them to your supervisor.
