This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a background in media sales and lead generation, seeking to work from home while collaborating with a U.S.-based company.


Position Overview: Data Coordinator (Remote)

Work From Home Opportunities


Location: Fully remote; work from anywhere in Southern Africa
Engagement: 12-month contract
Working Hours: Align with U.S. business hours (40 hours/week)


Role Responsibilities


As a Data Coordinator, your primary duties will include:
• Providing prospecting support for 6–8 key accounts by identifying, validating, and organizing high-quality leads.

• Conducting prospecting efforts using the existing database, verifying LinkedIn profiles, confirming ideal customer profile (ICP) fit, and validating emails for prospects not contacted in the last three months.

• Sourcing fresh prospects outside the existing database through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other resources.

• Maintaining database hygiene by ensuring brand and parent company records are up-to-date and preventing duplicates.

• Replacing inactive prospects by tracking their transitions to new companies and updating account contacts accordingly.

• Assisting in loading outreach sequences, ensuring templates and variables are correctly formatted for personalized messaging.

• Collaborating closely with onshore Partnerships Managers to drive successful prospecting and outreach strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile


The successful candidate will possess:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in media sales and prospecting, with a strong understanding of the sales landscape.

• Prior experience conducting lead validation and database maintenance in a sales environment.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email validation resources.

• A detail-oriented and organized approach to managing prospect pipelines.

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with Partnerships Managers.
