Your Role
Work from home: Remote Customer Support Agent – AI-Driven Financial Tech
You’ll be the go-to support expert for customers using our client’s retirement account services. Whether it’s helping someone activate their account, troubleshoot a technical hiccup, or understand their retirement options, you’ll ensure every interaction is efficient, friendly, and solution-driven.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat with empathy and clarity
• Supporting users with account setup, integrations, and deactivations
• Offering basic guidance on retirement options such as 401(k), IRA, and profit-sharing plans
• Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams
• Using tools like Zendesk, Aircall, and internal CRM systems to manage tickets and workflows
• Collaborating with other departments to streamline issue resolution and improve processes
What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong customer service experience (ideally in tech support or financial services)

• Capable of multitasking in a high-volume support setting
• Must be able to pass a background screening

Working Hours & Pay

• Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Time (New York, USA)
• Rate: $5/hour
• Type: Hourly contract
• Work Mode: 100% Remote
