The Opportunity


Location:


• Durban-based (remote-first, with hybrid flexibility).

Salary:


• R16,000 – R20,000 per month (competitive range with growth potential).

Reporting To:


• UK Sales Manager (with daily collaboration alongside the Durban team).

Working Hours:


• UK business hours (9 am – 5 pm South Africa time) with some flexibility.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing


This Workhappy Remote Customer Success role is structured to help you grow step by step:


First 6 Months: Learning & Supporting


• Manage the Ergofy support inbox, ensuring smooth client communication.

• Keep sales opportunities updated within HubSpot CRM.

• Handle weekly reporting and administrative tasks.

• Provide cover during colleague leave periods to prevent backlogs.

• Undergo paid training to master company systems, clients, and processes.

After 6–12 Months: Growing Into Client Management


• Begin proactively contacting Ergofy clients to maintain strong engagement.

• Take responsibility for annual DSE assessment renewals.

• Monitor client allowance usage to ensure maximum value delivery.

• Start developing your own portfolio of client relationships.

Long-Term Career Growth


• Fully manage your own client portfolio within Workhappy Services.

• Take ownership of client relationship strategies for key sectors or regions.

• Progress into a formal Account Manager role.

• Potential to lead international client relationship initiatives as the business scales.
