Ideal Candidate Profile

โ€“ A Matric (Grade 12) qualification is essential; a tertiary qualification in finance, business, or related fields is beneficial.

โ€“ Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the banking or retail sector.

โ€“ Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

โ€“ A strong interest in digital banking and technology-driven solutions.

โ€“ Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a dynamic environment.

โ€“ Fluent in multiple South African languages is an advantage.
