Key Responsibilities:
• Provide efficient and friendly customer service at the point of sale.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash safely.
• Promote Clicks’ ClubCard loyalty program and assist in enrolling new members.
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain high merchandising standards and ensure a neat, organized store layout.
• Stay updated on product information, promotions, and store events.
• Uphold Clicks Group’s values and contribute to its mission of being the top health and beauty retailer.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
• Basic Mathematics for handling transactions efficiently.
• Retail & FMCG knowledge with an understanding of stock management and merchandising principles.
• Customer service expertise with a strong ability to interact professionally.
• Planning & organizing skills to manage daily tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns.
• Strong communication & computer literacy for processing sales transactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
• Required: Grade 12 (Matric)
• Preferred: 50% or higher in Maths & English at Grade 12 level
Experience:
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role within retail or FMCG is advantageous but not required.
