Job Overview
We are seeking a goal-driven and sales-oriented Recruitment Consultant who is eager to wear multiple hats and work independently. This role is perfect for someone who is extroverted, enjoys engaging in conversations with clients and candidates, and excels in business development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and achieving ambitious KPIs. This position offers the potential to earn a competitive commission with a robust KPI tier structure, ensuring substantial growth and earning potential each month.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Conduct business development activities to identify and secure new clients and job orders.
- Source and screen candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective and individual goals.
- Utilize initiative to solve problems and overcome challenges in the recruitment process.
- Maintain a stable and professional working environment with a reliable internet connection.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar sales-driven role.
- Studied towards a qualification in HR, Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technologically savvy with a keen interest in growing industries and trends.
- Self-starter with a motivated and determined mindset.
- Comfortable with administrative tasks and attention to detail.
- Resilient and positive attitude towards challenges and setbacks.
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working on a commission-based structure.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and CRM systems.
