Appointment Setter – Outbound DIalling (Phone/Email Process) – South Africa
START DATE: ASAP
YOU MUST HAVE A LAPTOP/PC FOR THIS ROLE WITH A MINIMUM 15INCH SCREEN WITH HEADSET. THE ROLE IS 5 DAYS PER WEEK (40-52 hours).
You must complete the assessments to be considered for this role and be able to complete the below shifts

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Dialling to leads to set appointments (Heatpump / AC Products)
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team
- Actively participate in team meetings
- Handling customer queries on Email and Phone as per company procedure
- Provide Technical Support using the knowledge base to customers
Key Performance Indicators:
- Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner
- Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, and provide a suitable and satisfactory solution
- Escalate any issues to the Team Leader
- Achieve agreed KPIs and Objectives
- Adhere strictly to shift schedules
- Adhere to laid down internal policies, procedures and processes Work collaboratively with the team
Qualifications
- Passionate about customer care
- Good typing and speaking skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Must be time flexible and able to work in a rotational shift system including Public holidays and weekends
- Positive attitude
- Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision
- A fast learner who is able to work with set targets
- Job Location: Remote (Anywhere in South Africa)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R60,00 per hour
