As a Customer Success Representative at Harmony Gold, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. This role will be remote, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
– Communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat to address any inquiries or issues they may have
– Proactively reach out to customers to provide assistance and support in their journey with our company
– Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and feedback
– Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals on a regular basis
Requirements:
– 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
– Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills
– Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs
– Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
