Over the course of 12 months, you’ll be immersed in a comprehensive learning journey combining theoretical training with practical, on-the-job exposure. You’ll work closely with various teams within the Home Loans Sales and Service Enablement departments, gaining insight into what it takes to support and serve clients at one of Africa’s leading financial institutions.
Our programme is designed to give you the tools and knowledge to thrive, whether you’re assisting a first-time homebuyer or helping to resolve a complex customer query. Who Can Apply

• Have a completed degree or an NQF Level 7 equivalent qualification

• Be a South African citizen

• Be currently unemployed and not enrolled in another learnership or academic programme

• Be proficient in English, both written and spoken

• Be computer literate and comfortable with digital tools

Programme Duration and Benefits

This is a full-time, fixed-term programme lasting 12 months. Candidates must be available for the entire duration to be eligible for certification.

At the end of the programme, you’ll receive a nationally recognized NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking — a valuable asset in building your career in the financial sector. Alongside your training, you’ll also benefit from ongoing support, mentoring, and guidance to help shape your professional development.

As part of your journey, you’ll receive a monthly stipend to support your living expenses during the programme.

To maintain the integrity of the programme and our commitment to excellence, all shortlisted candidates will undergo a series of assessments and background checks.
