About the Programme

This Human Resources Learnership is aimed at unemployed South African youth with disabilities, offering them a structured pathway to gain a National Certificate in Business Administration Services (NQF Level 3) accredited by the Food and Beverages SETA.
Over the 12-month programme, you’ll experience a unique combination of theoretical classroom learning and practical, on-the-job training. You’ll become an integral part of the CCBSA HR team, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship while developing vital workplace skills.
What You’ll Gain
• Nationally recognized NQF Level 3 qualification in Business Administration

Key Responsibilities
• Participate fully in all learnership training modules and assessments
• Provide day-to-day administrative support within the HR department
• Assist with office tasks during high-demand periods, such as holidays and leave cover
• Attend scheduled classes during the week and occasional Saturdays as required
• Engage in on-the-job learning to build practical, market-ready skills
Who Should Apply
Minimum Entry Requirements:
• Matric/Grade 12 with a minimum of 40% in both English and Maths/Maths Literacy
• South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 34
• Unemployed at the time of application
• Able to provide a valid medical certificate confirming the nature of your disability
• Willing and able to commit to the full 12-month duration of the learnership
• Clean criminal and credit record
• Not currently enrolled in any formal education or other learnerships

• Clear communication skills in English and any additional South African language
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
