About the Programme

This Human Resources Learnership is aimed at unemployed South African youth with disabilities, offering them a structured pathway to gain a National Certificate in Business Administration Services (NQF Level 3) accredited by the Food and Beverages SETA.
Over the 12-month programme, youโll experience a unique combination of theoretical classroom learning and practical, on-the-job training. Youโll become an integral part of the CCBSA HR team, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship while developing vital workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities
โข Participate fully in all learnership training modules and assessments
โข Provide day-to-day administrative support within the HR department
โข Assist with office tasks during high-demand periods, such as holidays and leave cover
โข Attend scheduled classes during the week and occasional Saturdays as required
โข Engage in on-the-job learning to build practical, market-ready skills
Who Should Apply
Minimum Entry Requirements:
โข Matric/Grade 12 with a minimum of 40% in both English and Maths/Maths Literacy
โข South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 34
โข Unemployed at the time of application
โข Able to provide a valid medical certificate confirming the nature of your disability
โข Willing and able to commit to the full 12-month duration of the learnership
โข Clean criminal and credit record
โข Not currently enrolled in any formal education or other learnerships

โข Clear communication skills in English and any additional South African language
โข Strong organizational and time-management abilities
โข Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
