Job Description

The Agent will be responsible for multiple Customer Service related functions.
*Logging De, re and repair cases, following up until completion
*Maintaining database administration requests once received, this is for all Netstar systems
* Maintain a 80/20 Inbound call ratio
*Attend to any Ad-hock report / requests received

*Updating client information

*Updating vehicle information

*Updating emergency contacts

*Report Faulty Units, Fleet unit testing

*Vehicle not appearing on the Netstar Platforms

*Allocation of vehicles onto clientโ€™s fleet

*Resolving issues on fleet units updating and software

*Following up on Repair cases

*Assist with internal escalations
