Job Description
To provide effective front desk management and support function to the designated managers and teams, and to ensure the smooth running of the front office.
Key Responsibilities:
To manage reception and the overflow calls from the main switchboard. Ensure external parties are welcomed and helped courteously and professionally on behalf of Premier and directing calls correctly.
To effectively manage incoming and outgoing packages with the postal and courier services to ensure timeous delivery.
Ensuring all switchboard communication goes out timeously.
Controlling and maintaining all data sheets.
Liaising with all customers in a professional manner.
General administrative duties when required.
Maintains an efficient and accurate recording of documents and filing system.
Display initiative in the coordination and efficient running of the front office.
Managing housekeeping and a collaborative and high-performance working environment.
Qualification Requirements
Matric
National Diploma โ Administration and Office Support or Business Administration an added advantage
Experience Requirements
1-3 Years receptionist experience in a FMCG environment

Ability to use initiative and ability to work independently
Strong follow up skills
Communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to multi-task, meets deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
