Responsible to render a professional switchboard and receptionist service to RSR clients and the general public.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • NQF 4, Grade 12 / Matric
  • 1- 2 yearsโ€™ receptionist experience
  • Telephone etiquette.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Diary management and bookings.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Advance application of internet and email
  • Sound record and data management.
  • MS word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge and understanding of internal operations and departments.
  • Switchboard operations.
  • Customer service.
  • Administrative.
  • People Management.

KEY RESULTS AREAS

  • Switchboard operations management including receiving, screening and routing of calls to the appropriate internal stakeholder.
  • Reception management by providing hospitality to all RSR visitors and staff.
  • Liaise with courier services.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Manage boardroom bookings.
  • Manage booking of parking bays for RSR staff and visitors.
  • Weekly Petty cash reconciliation for canteen.
  • Oversee provision of housekeeping services.
  • Acquisition of cleaning material and kitchen/canteen utensils.
  • Oversee provision of catering services.
  • Keep good relations with the external stakeholders and service providers and ensure that obligations are carried out.
  • Oversee the stock inventory list.
