Rain: Call Centre Sales Agents | Cape Town, Western Cape
We are looking for call centre sales agents that will be the liaison between rain and its potential and existing customers. The successful candidates will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, selling and upselling whilst keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with our customers and potential customers to sell rain products/services through inbound and outbound call channels
- Be goal focused and tenacious
- Strive to exceed sales targets and outcomes and continuously challenge yourself to become a high performer
- Be conscientious by understanding customer needs thoroughly, and provide solutions and/or alternatives accordingly
- Have high levels of focus and take accountability
- Be enthusiastic, productive, energetic, self-motivated, and positive approach towards work
- Understand and educate yourself in how every part of rain works
- Create opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Go the “extra mile” to meet the required KPIs
- Keep up to date with latest trends and changes in our industry
- Function as an effective team member while supporting the efforts of other departments
- Apply personal ethics, honesty, and confidentiality in all areas of work
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management
Qualification, Knowledge and Experience:
- Matric
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales (2 years +)
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
