Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.
Role Overview:
As a Receptionist, you’re the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and couriers.
Gross monthly compensation: 17,400 South African Rand.
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Assisting with admin tasks, including faxing and travel planning.
- Managing appointment schedules.
- Maintaining event calendars.
- Organizing and maintaining electronic records.
- Handling incoming and outgoing emails.
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have the following:
- 6 months of related experience and/or a related degree.
- Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken).
- Strong customer-focused communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Phone etiquette.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Effective time management.
- Your own PC or laptop, headset, and high-speed internet (minimum 30mb/s).
- A quiet, private workspace.
- Ability to handle a large volume of calls per day.
