Job Description

Customer Service Representative position available at a busy trusted supplier of premium ingredients. This in-office opportunity has very specific office hours as follows: Winter 07h00 – 16h30 and Summer 07h00 – 17h00 working Mon – Fri. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing two accounts. Even though full training will be provided, your previous experience in processing orders and client liaison duties are crucial to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities:

Manage outbound and incoming calls

Processing orders

Invoicing all orders and ensuring all accurate pricing/quantities are loaded correctly

Manage complaints, errors and issues

Maintain a steady flow of orders, to avoid a backlog and to provide quick responses always

Identify and asses customers need to achieve desired outcome

Increase customer spend by upselling, cross selling and promoting new product lines

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Build relationships

Follow company communication procedures and processes

Pass on leads to the internal sales executives

Data capturing when required

Office administration duties

Maintain KPI requirements

Requirements

Matric

At least 3 years’ solid experience working in a similar role, tele-sales, client liaison officer 

Experience working at distribution in the FMCG industry is a MUST

Ability to take ownership of tasks

Team player

Excellent communication skills

Friendly, approachable personality with a can do positive attitude

Ability to multi task and think out of the box

Client services orientated

Focus and accuracy required
