Job Description
A well-known company in the property sales & administration industry is urgently looking for the skills of an experienced Property Administrator / Personal Assistant. This is an opportunity to work in-office from Mon-Fri 7am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm. Occasional work to be done to support a new tenant with a contract on a Saturday but this can be done from home.
Mainly focusing on rentals, the main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Reviewing tenant applications
Managing maintenance coordination
Handling listings and lead management
Generating revenue reports
Facilitating staff onboarding/exiting procedures
Approving beneficiaries and payments
Conducting deposit reconciliation
Preparing listings for social media promotion
Undertaking additional office administrative tasks as needed
Personal assistant duties as and when required
Requirements
Matric
At least 2 years’ experience working in the property industry
Computer literate – working on MS Office Suite & Google Drive
Analytical ability, property accounts knowledge beneficial
Strong administrative skills
Team player with great people’s skills
Leadership abilities – take ownership
Positive personality, approachable
Problem solver, taking initiative, ability to multi task
Eager to learn more about the industry and work on your career
Benefits
Hours:
Mon-Fri 7am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm.
Occasional spillover to a Saturday, to support a new tenant with a contract to be signed or deposit to be paid on a Saturday but this can be done from home.
