Working Hours: U.S.-aligned (2pm–10pm or 3pm–11pm SAST)
Compensation: R30,000 base + uncapped commission (potential to exceed R60,000/month)

What You’ll Be Selling:

Remote Job

You’ll introduce U.S. advertisers to a unique, high-impact media channel—sponsoring community wellness through branded billboards at high-traffic supermarkets, drugstores, and gyms. Think visibility, credibility, and feel-good brand exposure—right where it counts.

What You’ll Do Daily:

• Run targeted outreach campaigns via cold calls, emails, SMS, and LinkedIn

• Make daily outbound calls to U.S. marketing decision-makers

• Send 50–100 personalized emails per day using our proven templates and CRM playbooks

• Book qualified meetings for U.S.-based Account Executives

• Potentially manage and close your own deals as you progress

• Use powerful tools like HubSpot, lead databases, and scripts to work smart

What We’re Looking For:

• Cold calling experience (essential)

• Excellent English communication skills

• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs (a plus)

• Strong self-motivation and goal orientation

• A coachable attitude and hunger for career growth

Work Requirements:

• Remote setup with reliable internet

• Minimum 7 hours per day aligned to U.S. business hours

• Preferred shifts: 2pm–10pm or 3pm–11pm South Africa Time
