South African National Parks (SANParks) is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join their team as General Workers in the Marula Region of Kruger National Park. If you have the necessary qualifications and experience, this could be your chance to work in one of South Africa’s most iconic conservation areas.
Available Work Locations
Successful candidates will be assigned to various sites within the park, including:
• Orpen Camp & Orpen Gate
• Malelane Gate
• Skukuza Camp & Day Visitors Area
• Satara Camp
• Berg-en-Dal
• Lower Sabie
• Kruger Gate
• Pretoriuskop
• Crocodile Bridge
• Biyamiti Bush Camp
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
✔ Grade 12 (Matric Certificate)
✔ Good physical health and fitness
✔ Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
✔ Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions
✔ Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
✔ Familiarity with tools, proper handling, and maintenance
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
• General cleaning duties within camps and park entrance gates
• Maintaining cleanliness in ablution facilities and surrounding areas
• Proper use, handling, and maintenance of cleaning equipment
• Performing additional tasks as required by supervisors or management
