Scope of the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success/ Sales specialist who will be focused on building strong relationships, providing ongoing support, addressing issues, and helping customers maximize the value of our services .Increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.
Requirements:
- Sales or Customer Success experience/ background
- Strong english communication skills both written or verbal. (British Accent)
- Problem-Solving and team collaboration skills
