Purpose of the position:
To ensure that the offices are kept clean and tidy and that the refreshment areas are stocked with refreshments and crockery at all times
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
Minimum of 1 years’ related experience and training
Ability to communicate in English and isiZulu languages

Duties and Responsibilities
Cleans all offices, training/meeting/boardrooms, kitchens and refreshment areas on a daily basis
Prepares tea/coffee for office staff or visitors
Maintains a constant supply of hot water by regularly replenishing the water in the urn
Maintains the kitchen in a clean and hygienic condition at all times
Spring cleans offices and meeting/public areas on a regular basis
Checks that there is sufficient stock of all consumables in the refreshment area
Places orders for stock of tea, coffee, milk and sugar timeously
Keeps the tea/coffee area stocked with clean crockery and cutlery
Maintains all cleaning equipment in good working order
Secures all cleaning equipment and materials
Reports all defects in cleaning equipment
Reports all issues with respect to the cleanliness and/or maintenance of the male and female toilets
Runs external errands from time to time
