ยงArrange catering for meetings and training
ยงArrange accommodation as whenย needed
ยงEnsure availability of PPEE for visitors
ยงFilling daily
ยงManaging incoming and outgoing parcels
ยงStationery Management
ยงOrder & distribute stationery
ยงMonthly stock take st
Purchase orders
ยงCreate purchase orders
ยงProcess weekly TES invoiceโs
ยงReceipting of invoices
Stationery Management
ยงOrder & distribute stationery
ยงMonthly stock take stationery
โขProcess weekly TES invoiceโs
ยงSACO Admin
ยงReconciliation of employee hours and clocking history
ยงEnsure that exceptions are cleared on SACO
ยงEnsure overtime compliance as per the BCEA
ยงReports
ยงLoadingย and providing access to new hires
ยงRemoving & deactivating access for exiting employees
ยงManage short and overpayment of hours
ยงEnsure that work schedule rule are captured correctly
ยงWeekly submission of payroll hours
ยงEnsure that overtime pre-approval are obtained timeously
ยงLiaise with payroll in relation to payroll queries

Experience
