Key Responsibilities
โข Preparation for Inbound and Outbound Calls.
โข Quality of Call Opening.
โข Quality of Collections Call.
โข Quality of Credit Line Affordability Calculations.
โข Educating the Customer โ education with regards to benefits of payment; NCA, Fashion Delivery Service and consequences of non-payment.
โข Administration โ demonstrates an ability to adhere to administrative call procedures with speed and accuracy and updates customer details, summarises comments in the memo field.
โข Quality of Call Ending
