Key Responsibilities:
โข Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and oversee executive calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
โข Email & Communication Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing email correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
โข Document Preparation & Editing: Draft, format, and edit reports, presentations, and various business documents with a keen eye for detail.
โข File & Data Organization: Maintain and update digital filing systems for seamless record-keeping and easy retrieval of documents.
โข Project Coordination: Assist with planning and tracking project progress, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
โข Online Research & Business Support: Conduct in-depth research to support business operations, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
โข General Administrative Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support daily business functions and enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
โข Previous Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
โข Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
โข Organizational & Time Management Abilities: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines.
โข Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
โข Self-Motivation & Independence: Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity.
โข Reliable Technology Setup: A stable internet connection and access to a personal computer are essential for this role.
โข Virtual Communication Tools: Experience using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack is advantageous.
