About the Role
Work from home as a Virtual Interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the roles they have applied for. You will be the first face-to-face interaction candidates have with our company, making your role essential in creating a positive and professional hiring experience. Your evaluations will help determine whether candidates proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process.
This is a fully remote, home-based position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own space while contributing to an international team.
Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
• Reviewing candidate applications and adding them to the database.
• Analyzing notes from previous screening stages and preparing additional questions based on the role.
• Ensuring all candidate information is accurately recorded and organized in the system.
• Conducting structured interviews to assess a candidate’s professional experience, critical thinking abilities, and behavioral competencies.
• Making informed decisions about whether candidates qualify for the next phase of the recruitment process.
• Updating Workday and communicating candidate status to the necessary teams.
• Maintaining professionalism while creating a comfortable and engaging interview environment.

• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attentive listening and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates effectively.
• Sharp attention to detail to ensure accurate candidate assessments.
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a keen eye for recognizing talent.
Qualifications & Experience
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related role.
• Previous experience with recruitment processes, including interviews and candidate evaluations.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases is a plus.
