Job Description
This is a remote position.
A growing tech start up requires the support of a Virtual Assistant for 5 – 10 hours per week, scaling as the business grows. This role will virtually support the CEO of the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Managing diary, schedule meetingsย
- Manage to do list
- Responding to support emails
- Filingย
- Updating social media – scheduling posts
- Financial administrationย
- Dealing with client and sponsors enquiries and calls
- Project coordinate campaigns and projects ensuring that all stakeholders deliver on time
- Ad-hoc administrative duties required by CEOย
Requirements
- Tech savvy – must know how to use systems and tools like Slack, Trello, Monday.com etc.
- Must be organised and structured
- Strong communication skills verbal and written – able to engage with clients as well as other stakeholders
- At least 2 – 5 years’ experience as a VAย
- Previous experience in project coordinationย
- Previous experience financial administration
- Some experience in scheduling and managing social media posts (not required to create content) purely administrativeย
