A top property investment firm is looking for a part-time Personal Assistant for a 3-month contract. They need a friendly, professional, and highly organized individual skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word to support a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle correspondence and communication
  • Prepare documents and reports using Excel and Word
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
