Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a South African citizen.
• Age requirement: Between 18 and 35 years old.
• Must be available to commit full-time to the 12-month programme.
• Must have a strong interest in the Transport and Logistics industry
Key Responsibilities
Selected learners will be expected to:
• Fully commit to the 12-month structured programme, which includes both theoretical learning and practical workplace experience.
• Complete all learning modules via the BIL eLearning platform.
• Work across three different divisions within the company to gain a comprehensive understanding of logistics operations.
• Maintain a portfolio of evidence, which will be submitted upon completion of the qualification.

• Self-motivation and independence – Ability to work efficiently without constant supervision.
• Strong determination and commitment – Willingness to complete all programme requirements successfully.
