Role Overview
As an Appointment Setter (Client Sales Representative), your primary responsibility will be converting pre-qualified leads into booked consultations for premium dental treatments. This role requires a proactive, confident, and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a high-energy sales environment. Your day will involve making outbound calls, understanding patient needs, offering tailored solutions, and securing bookings with deposits.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct 90+ outbound calls daily to follow up with warm leads who have requested consultations.
• Engage in discovery calls to understand patient goals, concerns, and treatment needs.
• Clearly explain treatment options, pricing, and next steps to secure bookings.
• Process deposits and ensure smooth scheduling for clients.
• Maintain accurate call logs and provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.

After 6 Months
• Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of our processes and making a positive impact on client success.
• Actively contributing insights to enhance lead quality and campaign performance.
After 12 Months
• Recognized as a top performer, handling high-value client accounts.
• Taking ownership of complex cases and refining lead conversion strategies.
• Contributing to process improvements and team development.
After 18 Months
• Stepping into a leadership role by onboarding and training new sales reps.
• Collaborating with management to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
• Providing valuable input on software improvements to enhance performance.

Technical Requirements
• Stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Quality headset with a noise-canceling microphone.
• Reliable computer capable of handling calling and CRM software
