What You’ll Be Doing:

As part of our sales team, you’ll be reaching out to potential customers via outbound calls to introduce them to MTN’s market-leading telecom solutions and selected financial service offerings. With every conversation, you’ll focus on understanding customer needs, offering the right solutions, and ultimately closing the sale.
You’ll be targeting a minimum of four successful sales daily, with all leads provided—but success comes from your own hunger, strategy, and ability to turn cold calls into committed customers.

• Attendance Bonus: R500 extra per month for full attendance

Daily Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers over the phone to introduce MTN services

• Drive new activations through compelling, confident sales pitches

• Handle objections with professionalism and poise

• Keep detailed, accurate records of calls and customer interactions

• Follow up with leads to ensure service activation and customer satisfaction

• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: You must have a Matric (Grade 12) certificate

• Experience: At least 1 year of outbound telesales experience, ideally in the telecom industry

• Skills: Strong communication, confidence in handling rejections, and a relentless drive to succeed

• Personality: Resilient, high-energy individuals who enjoy working under pressure and are motivated by performance-based rewards
