Purpose Statement
Your role will be to welcome clients, manage the branch flow efficiently, provide outstanding client service, assist clients with ATMs, and handle transactions through remote or self-service channels. This position will help you develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience for a service consulting career.
Experience
Minimum:
– No prior experience required, but a Grade 12 National Certificate is mandatory.
Qualifications
Minimum:
– Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
Ideal or Preferred:
– Knowledge of bank branch environments.
– Understanding of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal).
Knowledge
Minimum:
– Basic calculations.
– Effective engagement with people.
Ideal:
– Insight into bank branch operations.
– Familiarity with Capitec Bank’s offerings and processes.
Skills
– Strong communication skills.
– Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Conditions of Employment
– Clear criminal and credit records.
– Detectable and recognizable fingerprints on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system.
