Position client Service Adviser Deposits( 6 Positions Available) 

Role Purpose  

The  part involves addressing queries related to deposits and  recessions. It includes crediting deposits  meetly and recycling branch  pullout requests.

Conditions 

  • 6 months of client Service experience. -introductory  fiscal knowledge.  liabilities 
  • Directly allocate deposits to  client accounts using the deposit app. 
  • Attend to unaccounted deals daily. 
  • Process branch  pullout requests,  clinging to the  specified  recessions  roster. 
  • Perform  evidence checks to  corroborate  client identity before  penetrating accounts to  help with queries or  recessions. 
  • Resolve queries  instantly at the point of call and follow up on escalated queries until resolved. 
  • Update  customer banking details as necessary. 
  • Avoid  gratuitous pauses on the call system. 
  • Demonstrate good  client service principles in  relations with  guests and internal  brigades,  icing optimal  reversal time for account queries. 
  • Promote the company brand and image through excellent  client service. 
  • Identify root causes of  client and  inspection queries, and suggest  enterprise to reduce these queries where applicable. 
  • Achieve quality targets and  apply interventions to ameliorate quality when  needed. 
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as  demanded.
