Job Summary:
We are seeking individuals with experience in customer support or sales to participate and conduct in a research study aimed at improving products and services tailored for customer facing teams. This is a temporary position with flexible hours, and the study will be conducted remotely.
Duties:
– Engage in interviews to understand participant experiences in customer support or sales roles, including specific tasks, tools used, and challenges faced.
– Identify and elaborate on key pain points and challenges encountered in participant roles, including any gaps in tools, training, or support
– Support the sales team by following up on leads and maintaining customer relationships
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally
– Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Experience:
– Proficiency in English is required; fluency in additional languages is a plus
– Prior experience in sales / support or a similar role is preferred
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Familiarity with quality assurance, analytics or handoff techniques
– Excellent data entry skills for maintaining accurate records
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $19.16 – $20.34 per hour
