Job Description:
As a Remote Sales and Client Relationship Specialist, your primary role will be driving our company’s growth through lead generation, qualification, and conversion. You’ll be responsible for managing leads from our website and direct mail campaigns, qualifying these opportunities, and utilizing your sales skills to turn leads into long-term clients. This role demands a high degree of client interaction, which includes cold calling, nurturing existing relationships, and actively participating in crafting and executing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identifying, managing, and converting leads into clients.
2. Conducting cold calls to uncover new business opportunities.
3. Nurturing and enhancing relationships with existing clients.
4. Actively contributing to the development and implementation of innovative sales strategies.
5. Navigating complex sales processes and managing high-stress situations.
6. Suggesting improvements to optimize the sales process.
7. Upholding a positive team environment and maintaining high levels of professionalism.
Qualifications:
8. High proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
9. A minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience
10. Proficiency in CRM software such as Asana , Zoho, or HubSpot.
11. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
12. Proven ability to handle high-stress situations and multitask effectively.
13. Resilience to overcome sales objections and rejections.
14. Quick adaptability to changing circumstances and fast learning abilities.
15. A proven track record of success in similar roles.
16. Experience in the vacation rental or real estate industry is beneficial.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time, remote position requiring an 8-hour daily work schedule. Flexibility may be needed to cater to different time zones.
Compensation:
