We are seeking skilled and motivated Appointment Setters to join our remote team, working from 3 PM to 11 PM South African time. This role is ideal for individuals with strong English communication abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a solid track record of stability in previous roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and appointments in our CRM.
- Build rapport with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments are properly handed off.
