Eligibility Criteria
Gauteng Government
Applicants must:
• Possess a Grade 12 Certificate.
• A Certificate in ICT or relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
• Demonstrate skills in:

• Data Collection
Key Responsibilities
Gauteng Government
• Provide technical support to library users, including assistance with research, job searches, CAPS curriculum, Microsoft Project, and CISCO.
• Manage gaming room operations.
• Maintain user registration and monitor library eResource usage indicators.
• Deliver general end-user library services.
Application Process
• Complete the New Z83 application form, available at any Public Service Department or online.
• Quote the specific reference number of the post.
• Ensure the application form is completed in full.

• Incomplete applications or failure to quote the reference number will result in disqualification.
