Purpose of the Role:
As the first point of contact for the CCMA, your role is vital in creating a welcoming, professional environment. You’ll be responsible for directing visitors, answering calls, and ensuring that both the public and internal staff receive efficient, friendly support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front-desk reception and switchboard operations
• Welcome and guide visitors and clients to appropriate departments
• Answer and route internal and external phone calls
• Take and relay accurate messages
• Assist with general office administrative tasks as needed
What You’ll Need:
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in a receptionist or switchboard role, preferably in a professional or corporate setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A client-service orientation with attention to detail
