The Department of Employment and Labour is seeking dedicated individuals to fill six Client Service Officer positions within the Inspection and Enforcement Services (IES) unit across various Labour Centres in the North West Province. Key Responsibilities

Department of Employment and Labour


โ€ข Frontline Client Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact at the help desk, assisting clients with registration services and general inquiries.

โ€ข Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve complaints related to labour legislation, adhering to the IES Standard Operating Procedures.

โ€ข Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including data capturing and filing.

Minimum Requirements


โ€ข Educational Qualification: Matriculation/Grade 12 certificate.

โ€ข Knowledge Base: Familiarity with the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, relevant labour legislation, related ILO conventions, and departmental policies and guidelines.
