About the Role

MiWay careers: Data Capturer – Apply by 12 June 2025

As a Data Capturer, you’ll be a critical part of our operations team. You’ll ensure that customer data is accurately processed, systems are kept up to date, and records are well maintained. Your work will directly contribute to smooth business processes and exceptional client service.

This role is ideal for someone who’s already worked in a Call Centre or administrative environment for at least a year and is now looking to take the next step in a stable and growth-focused organization.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate

• At least 12 months of administrative or Call Centre experience

• Computer literacy is essential

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help support a busy, professional environment by:
• Capturing and processing data accurately across multiple platforms

• Managing documentation, record-keeping, and database updates

• Ensuring that internal records meet compliance and quality standards

• Assisting with reporting tasks and internal audits

• Supporting colleagues and departments with admin-related needs

• Delivering customer-focused service in every interaction

• Maintaining excellent attendance and reliability standards
